Lysa’s book is such a Be Still Be Free message, we couldn’t get enough and ate it up in about two days flat. In fact, we loved it so much, we’re giving one lucky winner a free copy! Make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page to enter the giveaway to win a copy of Lysa’s book, The Best Yes!

BE DOERS, NOT JUST HEARERS (practical application):
Make three lists identifying the following three categories of life Lysa referred to:
a) Things Only I Can Do. What are the things in your life only you can do? These are things no one can do for you, like exercise, quiet time, love your spouse, mother your children, etc.
b) Things I Can Hand Off With Help. This could look like letting kids taking over loading the dishwasher or other household chores, or cooking meals.
c) Things I Can Completely Let Go Of. Maybe this is hiring someone to clean your house once in awhile, or (as Lysa said) completely turning over the addressing of Christmas cards to one of your kids (and not watching them like a hawk while they do it)!
BE EDUCATED (additional resources):
1. The Best Yes by Lysa TerKeurst. Naturally, we so way recommend this book! It will give you permission to say NO so you can say YES when God leads you into your best yes.
2. Time Assessment Tool. This is an amazing resource Lysa has provided for free! This tool walks you through an hours assessment of your week to help you discover the reality of how you are using your time, and what you can do to underwhelm your schedule so God can overwhelm your soul.
3. Additional Best Yes Freebies. Lysa has provided a number of amazing free resources for anyone wanting to give a Best Yes to God. Visit the website for a free Chase Down the Decision tool, sample chapter of the book and more!
