WELCOME TO THE BEST OF BE — replays of some of our favorite episodes of the past year. In planning out future series and topics for our podcasts, we kept coming back to topics we had covered previously and their importance in BEING women of God. So throughout the rest of the year — we’re going to sprinkle into the mix some previously-aired podcasts. We hope you enjoy revisiting some of these topics and themes with us!

BE DOERS, NOT JUST HEARERS OF THE WORD (practical application):
1. Remember who you are. You are a child of God, a brother and sister of Jesus Christ.
2. Be aware of your trigger words. What words does Satan whisper to you to tempt you to withhold honor from others? For me, it can be “they don’t deserve…”, “you don’t deserve…”, “I’m above…” — the word deserve is a huge alert to me to be careful about where my mind is going. Stop in that moment and whisper a quick prayer that God would help you show honor.
3. Identify one person you need to show honor to this week. It could be a child, friend, spouse or family member. Dr. Greg Smalley says to just wake up and decide that person is one of the most valuable people on the earth to us, and spend just five minutes praying that God will show you what you can do to show honor to them. God will show you!
